Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
50 grams white rice flour
60 grams potato starch
30 grams sorghum flour
5 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. ground flax meal
Wet Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 flax egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp. water
Directions
Preheat
oven to 350o F
Blend dry ingredients
Blend oil and sugar
Beat in egg and vanilla until fluffy
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients
If too stiff, add up to 2 TBSP water one TBSP at a time
bake in a 9x9 pan at 350o F for 25-30 minutes
Variation
Peanut butter brownies
Sub 1/3 peanut butter for oil
Add 3 Tbsp water
1Tbsp oil
