Flourless Chocolate Cake

Serves 12-16 (you can 1/2 this recipe)
Ingredients
2 (15 oz) cans garbanzo beans
1/2 Cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
2 blocks (8 ounces) Baker's UNSWEETENED Chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
(Dairy Free Use Nature's Charm Coconut Sweetened Condensed Milk)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350o F
Grease and flour (with cocoa powder) 2- 9" cake pans
Melt Chocolate
Drain Beans (Reserve liquid)
Process Beans + 1/4 cup of liquid until smooth (in bowl of food processor)
Transfer to a mixing bowl
With a mixer on moderate speed: blend beans, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla
Add chocolate and blend until well incorporated.
Divide and pour batter into 2- 9" cake pans
Bake at 350o F for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven
"Rest" pans for 5 minutes
Carefully remove from pans to a cooling rack.
Sprinkle with confectionery sugar.
